Breathe Shower Steamers are made with menthol, eucalyptus essential oil and peppermint essential oil. These shower steamers offer amazing aromatherapy benefits. These are wonderful to use when battling a cold or flu. 
Inside the foil packaging, each 2.5 oz steamer is prepackaged in an organza bag for convenience. Just unwrap the bag and hang in your shower- away from streams of water. 
Suction cup hooks are available for these as well. That way you can hang them from different places in the shower, aside from the shower head/faucet/shower door. After hanging, splash the steamer with water to activate it and let the steam from your hot shower carry the aroma of menthol and essential oils. Steamer can be splashed multiple times during shower to intensify aromas. 
These steamers last a minimum of three showers!
